About Kuntimaddi Manideep

I'm Kuntimaddi Manideep — a Full Stack Developer who doesn't just build software, but obsesses over why it should exist in the first place. My edge? I close the gap between a raw idea and a working product that actually scales. Not because I've been told to, but because that's the part that genuinely excites me. A few things I'm proud of: Smart India Hackathon 2022 — Winner Under pressure, with a countdown clock and a half-formed idea, my team built something that worked. That experience didn't just teach me to code fast — it taught me to think clearly when it matters most. Topfaculty.com — From 0 to Users Led the end-to-end development of a hiring platform that's actively changing how institutions find talent. Seeing real people use something you built from scratch never gets old. What drives me, honestly? The belief that the best version of any product hasn't been built yet — and that I can be part of building it.I'm drawn to teams that care about craft, problems that don't have obvious answers, and work that compounds over time. Whether that's through a startup, an open-source project, or an unexpected conversation — I'm in.If you're building something ambitious, facing a technical wall, or just want to exchange ideas with someone who finds this stuff genuinely fun — let's connect. Drop a message. Let's make something worth talking about.
