Since becoming a Store Team Leader(General Manager) for Capers Community Markets in 1997, I have advanced through major retail organizations, taking on greater responsibility over operations, purchasing,supply chain, and distribution. Along the way, I have built strong teams, attained or exceeded every financial plan and consistently driven double-digit sales growth.
