About Kurt Andersen

Kurt has over 35 years of transactional and operational experience in multiple industries. He has closed more than 75 transactions representing well in excess of $1 Billion in transaction value, many in healthcare or construction, while providing strategic guidance and transactional services to FRG’s clients. Kurt’s previous background includes strategic planning at a major bank holding company, real estate securities syndication, construction management, head of a healthcare practice transition consulting group, and president of several dental practice management companies, both public and private. Twice a graduate of The University of Michigan, Kurt holds an MBA as well as a BGS with dual concentrations in Ancient History and Computer Science. Kurt currently holds a Michigan Builder’s license as well as the FINRA Series 62 (Corporate Securities), Series 63 (Uniform Securities Agent State Law), Series 82 (Private Securities Offerings), and Series 79 (Investment Banking) securities registrations.
