Experience in syndicated credit facilities, loan structuring and documentation. Commercial loan relationship origination consists of over 15 years of developing multi-loan/multi service relationships with superior credit quality. Integral part of leadership team which resulted in a successful sale of a closely held bank-and have continued with successor banks to grow their market share and profitability. Specialties: Commercial Real Estate Lending and Loan Structuring, Homebuilder Loan structuring, Income producing property analysis (including hospitality) with emphasis on high net worth client portfolio development. Specialties also include Small to mid-size distribution and manufacturing companies with revenues up to $65MM+. Also Nationally Syndicated loan experience for large C&I credits, however also includes small bank group participated credits.
