About Kurt Faustin

Within the last 12 months, the American College Health Association has reported that students’ stress ranks as the primary factor affecting their academic performance. Similarly, according to Stress.org, 80% of employees have reported feeling stressed on the job, nearly half say they need help learning how to manage stress, and 42% say their coworkers need similar support. Stress is also deeply ingrained in my own story. Having attended four different high schools and enrolled in five different colleges, I did not graduate due to the impact stress had on my life at the time. I was later employed at a leading health insurance company but was given a final warning notice, due to stress. In both cases, intellect and ability were not the issue, but my lack of soft skills and emotional intelligence had deeply affected my performance. Today, I have the opportunity to provide a systematic solution to empower students and professionals to better manage stress, increase productivity, and achieve impact-driven goals through corporate and organizational training, keynote speaking, and 1:1 coaching.
