I've a real estate and mortgage broker since 1972. I owned and managed my own companies and others such as RPM Mortgage, Coldwell Banker, Olympic Funding and Monument Mortgage. My real estate company was The Real Estators in the east bay and Raintree Financial still licensed in California. I have been the Director of Sales and Marketing for The Ridge Tahoe and The Olympic Village Inn both 5 Star interval ownership resorts. I moved to Incline Village NV 26 years ago and worked with my son, Greg and trained my daughter in law did about 85 loans a year never met anybody face to face and worked 20 hours a week. Then 2007 ate my lunch and more. I may seem old, but I don't' feel so. My current passion is HECM reverse mortgages. The ignorance of both Realtors and loan officers is sad for a product that is superior for most retirees I've seen in 30 years. Really.For people who get along with me, I do an after close relationship building campaign, that is unique and awesome.
