I have been a Traffic Systems Technician for over 15 years here. I enjoy most of what I do, that is critical to me in that I wouldn't be doing it otherwise. I guess my only real gripe is the fact that just like any government entity, low price wins. In that our wages are around 66% lower than our private counterparts. Yet they say they want to hire decent candidates for our jobs, which is impossible to do when the private sector pays so much more. The private sector is having troubles finding qualified candidates, so we aren't producing much in the way of experienced people either. I have embarked on a new direction of Affiliate Marketing, and Traffic Generation. Along with some healthy supplements as you know, you can't do anything without your health!
