About Kurt Hamm

As a detail-oriented quality control agent with a background in various industries, including video game testing, digital-video compression, and server manufacturing, I'm excited to bring my skills and knowledge to the creative field. While my most recent roles have been in the service industry as a server and bartender, I've also honed my leadership and management skills as the Lead Batcher at our bar. In this role, I've been responsible for maintaining and improving on current Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training new Batchers, ordering produce, forecasting the needs of the bar, and reducing costs and waste by batching the perfect amount. These experiences have given me valuable skills in project management, leadership, and team coordination, which I believe would translate well to roles within the creative field. My degree in 3D animation and modeling, combined with my passion for digital art and animation, have given me a unique perspective on the creative process. I'm eager to apply my attention to detail and problem-solving skills to help bring creative projects to life, whether in a quality control, project coordination, or production assistance role.
