Kurt Kotzin, P.E. has over thirty years of experience in engineering and construction management industry. Mr. Kotzin has served as a Project Manager or Owner’s Representative on resort hotels, theme parks and related attractions, luxury resort condominiums, post tensioned parking garages, and other commercial development. Mr. Kotzin has extensive experience in area development and horizontal construction and has managed the entire project from concept to completion. Kurt’s involvement on the projects listed include an expertise in value engineering, scope of work development, bid package development and management of the bid process. He has solid grasp of engineering principles with a steady management style that has helped lead multi-million dollar projects to successful finishes. During the construction phase of the project, he monitors schedule progress and is familiar with developing and tracking CPM schedules. He is extremely proactive and identifies issues as far in advance as possible and strives for resolution of conflict at the lowest possible level. When disputes arise, Kurt is known as a fair and detailed negotiator. Kurt’s communication skills with all levels of the project team are exceptional. He is a team builder and credible leader.
