KEY BUSINESS ACHIEVEMENTS • Development and Execution of Strategy: have developed both Group and Divisional business strategies and long-term financial plans, and subsequently led the successful implementation of these strategies in both Group and Operational roles in a number of organisations. • Optimising Business Performance: successfully led the turnaround of a cash negative business to delivering the first positive cash result in 10 years and improved profitability by 73% without significant capital investment. • M&A and Integration: I have led a number of proposed and completed acquisitions and divestments, including leading the integration of a significant acquisition for which delivered board paper synergy targets 18 months ahead of plan. • System Implementation: I have successfully led three SAP installations in different businesses, the most recent being a full ERP replacement including Supply Chain Planning (Demand, Supply and MRP), Operational Transactions and Reporting (Qlikview). • Building Strong Teams: known to have a nose for talent, have successfully restructured both Finance and non-Finance teams to refocus or exit to deliver improved business performance, and have lead teams through significant change including recently establishing a Manufacturing Finance function with 14 FTEs across ANZ supporting 60 manufacturing sites. • Project Governance: passionate about driving accountability within organisations, I consistently develop and monitor balanced scorecards to manage projects, ensuring targets are tracked and commitments are delivered. Recently this resulted in a significant footprint investment delivering the project on time and on budget.
