Tactical Data Link specialist with years of operational and planning experience. My position as an ADF Joint Interface Control Supervisor, I ensure the everyday stable and optional running of the ADF joint data network. I am a Tactical Data Link Specialist with over 20 years of experience in Link 11, 16, 22, BLOS, and other Data Link Networks in Operations, Planning and Technical realms. I have been the Training Manager for the Sea 1180 Offshore Patrol Boats program and I'm a 23yr (full-time & 3 years reserves) Navy veteran I have excellent and sought after Leadership and Management skills and an experienced personnel manager. I have extensive experience in scheduling, planning and management of assets and projects/programs. I'm a Combat Systems SME with 20 years of Operations Room experience in all facets of warfare. I've been an Above Water Warfare instructor and a Combat Management System instructor and excelled in developing effective and concise theoretical and practical training. I'm an exceptionally strong team player and leader with a lead by example attitude and management style. I am a strategic thinker and excel at complex problem solving and effectively manage personnel and equipment, ensuring the best outcome. My abilities in training and development of training material was highlighted when I redeveloped the Combined Task Force training plans within the 5th fleet area of operations, earning myself a JTF633 Bronze commendation. I work very well in a small or large team, individually and very inclusive of experiences, services & cultures. I aim to empower all team members to express their views and ideas and work to develop their leadership qualities.
