As a mediator, I have over twenty years of experience involving mediation and coaching others with life’s challenges and difficulties. As a professional mediator, I provide wisdom and guidance to assist business organizations and family members in conflict to make difficult decisions and resolve their differences in a peaceful manner. I have taught in both college and post-graduate environments. I have also spoken around the country and internationally on leadership development, community programs and conflict resolution. I have several companies that focus on bring peace to the world. We Create Peace LLC is a ministry of reconciliation in the marketplace. We Create Peace Work Solutions is a boutique agency that contracts with Vocational Rehabilitation of Oregon to help people obtain sustainable employment.
