About Kurt Rosenhagen

As an engineering consultant, I have extensive experience in design, development, and production of digital / mixed signal ASIC devices and board level systems for microprocessor based controllers, custom logic control systems, and interfaces. As a principal in a small design consulting firm I've expanded my experience from design and design verification, to test, characterization, quality control and quality assurance, CAD tool development and support, product support, production planning, supply chain management; and interface with and manage professionals in client companies and vendors. This broad background gives me the experience necessary to successfully support development of ASIC circuits and systems as Project Manager, Lead Engineer, or as a Principal Senior Engineer in a team. As a member of a small consulting firm, I've worked with my local team and interfaced with others in distributed locations, as a team member or team leader on multiple concurrent projects. I’ve been the key leader for our firm for prototyping, production development, and product support. In product design and test, I am experienced in schematic based custom logic and rtl based design, multi power domain, multiple clock domain. and multiple microprocessor/controller systems; digital/mixed signal simulations for design verification; specification and development of CAD enhancements and support; digital/analog test patterns and programs for design validation and debug; production test specification and programming; development of GPIB based test systems. In production planning and supply chain management, I have a proven record in Six Sigma / ISO 9001 / continuous improvement production environments; managing production test development and support, development of production documentation systems, development of quality assurance programs and quality control procedures. My goal is to apply my qualifications as a consultant to a position as ASIC Project Manager or Senior Engineer.
