The Director of Product Management & Development, Business Mobility, is tasked with driving revenue growth by providing value to customers through the development, marketing, and sale of Mobility & Fixed Wireless devices & services. This includes 'value add' products like Protection, Trade In & Turn In, & Accessories throughout the product life cycle. This role requires collaboration with business, technology, and UX teams to design products & services that meet customer needs and provide a competitive advantage for the Business Mobility product portfolio’s growth. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Target Achievement: Responsible for meeting and exceeding the organization's targets-Strategy Development: Drive strategies and tactics that integrate the needs of the business with those of the market to drive growth. Manage Vendor Relationships & Programs: Lead business relationships with OEM partners: Apple, Samsung, Google, Netgear, Cradlepoint, etc-Team Leadership: Direct, enable, and mentor a team of Product Managers to successfully deliver their products/services and exceed organizational goals-Product Development: Focus the team on growing from market analysis, design, operationalization, and procurement, to production and distribution within each of their domains. Communication: Create product & service roadmaps & communicate with senior leadership-Research & Evaluation: Responsible for activities supporting the research and evaluation of new products, features, and services. Analysis from Total Addressable Market (TAM) down to vertical, segment, and distribution channel requirements-Customer Needs Analysis: Analyze customer needs and oversee the documentation of customer and/or business requirements & creation of business cases supporting new initiatives-Budget Management: Responsible for managing budgets, acquiring estimates, and funding requests-Marketing Collaboration: Lead relationships with Pricing, Promotion, and Channel Marketing teams to develop strategies to increase revenue.
