Responsibilities have included developing and executing strategy, operating multi-million dollar budgets, defining and implementing large and complex ICT programmes and projects, negotiating complex commercial contracts, leading large teams, and managing external vendors and contractors. Experience includes contact centre management, enterprise and line of business software management and support, managing a large IT Programme Management Office, managing and growing an international technology services business within the health sector, and most recently programme management of complex Infrastructure projects for the Northern Region District Health Boards.
