About Kurt Solem
As a board certified Emergency Medicine physician, I have been practicing since 1989 after completing my medical education from the Medical College of Wisconsin followed by a 3 year residency at UCLA. For the past 30 years I have been a proud partner with Scottsdale Emergency Associates (SEA) servicing the Scottsdale/Phoenix area what was previously Scottsdale Healthcare and now HonorHealth. SEA provides Emergency Medicine services to the three Scottsdale HonorHealth hospitals which includes a dedicated pediatric ED, stroke center, chest pain center and a level one trauma center. With a census of over patients annually, SEA for the past 40 years has grown a stellar reputation for outstanding care and leadership in the medical community. My vision is to pursue opportunities outside the clinical practice of medicine where the application of the experience and knowledge accumulated over 34 years is necessary. Medical decision making and analysis of medical outcomes are areas of particular interest.
