I have 29 years experience working in industrial power plants, refineries, and other heavy industrial settings. The last 18 years I have extensive experience in natural gas pipeline construction and related piping. Including gas distribution systems, regulator stations, pig launchers/receivers, metering stations. I am qualified API 1104, API 1104 appendix B, ASME sec 9. Skills include processes of SMAW, GTAW, GMAW, FCAW. Also including in my skill set is hot tapping and plugging. With 20 years experience with a broad range of TDW and Mueller equipment. From pounds low to 500 psi systems. I have attended TDW line master training in Tulsa, OK receiving Operator Qualifications. Also received training thru Mueller in Decatur,IL In 2010 I became an AWS CWI QC-1. For my current employer I have had duties of developing weld procedures and writing PQR's and WPS's, Testing of welders. I have worked as CWI QC/QA in pipeline and power plants.
