I have over 35 years of experience in the project management profession and hold three prestigious certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP), and Cost Estimating Professional (CEP). My core competencies include budgeting, estimate validation, earned-value, forecasting, scheduling, change management, and risk analysis/quantification/avoidance. I apply these skills to ensure the successful delivery of complex and large-scale projects within budget, schedule, and scope, while maximizing value and minimizing risk. I also establish and improve processes, methods, and tools that result in efficient and predictable outcomes. Additionally, I develop and deliver training that bolsters the knowledge of up-and-coming project controls specialists.
