About Kurt Wolfe

I help clients navigate complex government enforcement and litigation matters. I have over 15 years' experience representing public companies, financial institutions, asset managers, broker-dealers, and individuals in federal and state investigations and actions involving securities fraud, accounting fraud, insider trading, FCPA, and other regulatory issues. I also assist clients with internal investigations, compliance programs, and risk assessments. In addition to my legal practice, I am passionate about sharing my insights and perspectives on securities regulation, enforcement, and policy. I co-host the inSecurities podcast, produced by PLI, where we discuss current and emerging topics in securities law with leading industry experts. I also write and speak frequently on regulatory enforcement and compliance trends and best practices.
