Syndication: Responsible for structuring and distributing over $22 billion of REIT & private real estate financing for retail, multifamily rental (including 80/20 bond financing), residential condominium, hospitality, mixed-use, data center, industrial and office properties. Structures include senior and mezzanine secured term loans, construction facilities, secured portfolio loans, subscription lines, and secured/unsecured lines of credit. Prepared marketing materials including extensive project & sponsor related due diligence items for prospective syndicate investors. Foster relationships with a wide array of debt investors including traditional foreign and domestic banks and institutional buyers such as national life insurance and debt funds. Managed the syndication process with the borrower and served as the primary investor point of contact during the sales/syndication process. Led legal document negotiations between borrower, lender and syndicate banks and oversaw internal legal review.Client Management: responsible for managing the full client relationship with Regions Bank for ~20 large, private, institutional real estate clients. Closed transactions valued at $550MM in 2019. Developed and executed relationship strategies that increased the overall level of profitable banking business; Negotiated deal terms and structures with clients. Championed relationships and transactions for approval within Regions Bank.
