I am equally skilled in; troubleshooting complex controls and electrical issues, programming PLC and HMI systems, designing control systems and network architectures, leading maintenance and engineering professionals, managing large teams across multiple countries/ states/ provinces, and providing solutions that are scalable to any scale, whether national or global. I have a strong reputation of equipment continuous improvement and innovation, coupled with an interpersonal style and leadership ability that enables me to define and implement meaningful changes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize downtime across an organization. I take a very thoughtful and methodical approach to not only troubleshooting, but also engineering. I believe that the simplest change that meets the objectives is generally the correct one and I avoid complex solutions to simple problems. I work very well on individual projects, as part of a team, or as the leader of a team or project of any size. I am always willing to help others, mentor them, and teach them anything that I know.
