I have over 23 years of cross-cultural experience in managing and executing global initiatives. Played a crucial role in establishing new shared service centers ground up in India, Mexico, Poland, and the Philippines, entailing multiple stages, from selecting appropriate locations to expanding the workforce to over employees. Moreover, the successful implementation of multiple centers of excellence within existing shared services in India and Malaysia has been a significant achievement. Established two joint venture business entities in Vietnam and Indonesia, from finding the JV partner to obtaining business licenses, setting up operations, and implementing technology for day one operations. Led multiple consulting projects at MetLife and Standard Chartered Bank, evaluating end-to-end operating models. The focus was on location strategy, organizational design, and process enhancement to collaboratively establish top-notch operating models for business functions, ensuring improved efficiency, effectiveness, and customer experience.*Current Role: I lead a team of over 400 professionals tasked with overseeing all change delivery initiatives, ranging from transformational to incremental changes. My responsibilities include managing, delivering, overseeing, and governing around a US$1 billion change initiative throughout the bank. Furthermore, I am accountable for establishing and expanding the GBS footprint to provide appropriate solutions for services worldwide to manage right shoring strategy while maintaining a balance between nearshore and offshore operations.
