About Kush Zaveri

With about 15 years of extensive experience in the domain of IT infrastructure designing & management, I’ve build a strong foundation for myself by spearheading a slew of projects on different technologies in the fields of Routing, Switching, Security, Video Conferencing & Application Delivery. My experience of working in these different domains has made me capable of handling the entire portfolio of IT Infrastructure management and helped me develop a deep understanding of how everything works in tandem. Known for my expert troubleshooting and solution provisioning skills, I’m always looked upon for consultation in the company for anything related to IT. I was fortunate enough to have been given the opportunity to lead a team at a very early stage of my career. Under my leadership and guidance, as a team, we have delivered innumerable projects successfully on time with desired outcome. As a service delivery manager for network & video services, I’ve successfully designed several robust workflows that has helped us, as a department, receive above average customer satisfaction ratings. With constant feedback, coaching and mentoring, I’ve successfully groomed many of my team members from novice to expert level.
