I am a Senior Consultant at SiE Brains, a leading HR consulting firm that provides innovative and customized solutions to clients across various industries. I have a master's degree in business administration from IBS Hyderabad, with a focus on marketing and HR. My core competencies include recruiting, social recruiting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with clients and candidates. In my current role, I am responsible for understanding the client's requirements and searching for suitable candidates through various sources, such as internal databases, references, and job sites. I also shortlist resumes by evaluating the candidate's skills, experience, and fit for the role, and conduct telephonic interviews to assess their suitability and interest. I share the resumes with the client, schedule interviews, and provide feedback. I also support the client in salary negotiation and act as an interface between the client and the candidate. I have successfully delivered multiple talent acquisition projects for clients in different sectors, such as IT, manufacturing, and retail.
