I am a senior events professional with over 20 years’ experience of scoping, creating and delivering high quality and engaging events. With strong operational and strategic expertise, I am skilled in analysing business needs to create integrated events programmes to meet tangible commercial objectives. I am an experienced people manager with strong leadership qualities and a passion for developing high performing teams. I have managed diverse event portfolios for B2B, B2C, Executive and Internal audiences, delivering activity both in the UK and internationally. This activity includes conferences, seminars, exhibitions, town halls, training events, relationship building activity, trade shows, incentive travel, sporting and cultural events, awards ceremonies, business networking events, round table meetings, bespoke dinners, road shows, product launches, client entertainment, corporate hospitality and sponsorship negotiation and activation. I am experienced at operating in regulated environments, working closely with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure that events and communications meet regulatory requirements. I have extensive experience in budget management, event content design, sponsorship programme creation and activation, 3rd party supplier management, contract negotiation, ground programme creation, delegate management, event communications and full onsite operational delivery. A strong marketer, I am skilled at defining the creative for events, designing and delivering a full suite of marketing collateral including websites, invitations, advertising, event literature, event communications and post event material to reflect CI, brand values and brand personality. I have experience of managing event campaigns through Salesforce and Monday.com and creating event communications through Marketo and Splash.
