About Kushal Behera

I’ve spent the last 10 years building my career in the coffee and café industry — starting in operations and eventually moving into learning and development, where I found my true passion: helping people grow.Over the years, I’ve trained baristas, led new store openings, built learning content from scratch, and worked closely with teams on the ground to improve not just skills, but the overall coffee experience. From crafting a great cup to leading a team, I believe every part of the café business is an opportunity to learn and make an impact. What keeps me going is seeing someone I’ve trained take pride in their craft or step confidently into a new role. That’s the most rewarding part of what I do.I’m always open to conversations around coffee, people development, or creating better customer experiences — feel free to connect!
