About Kushal Dighe

As an Innovative, Serial Tech Entrepreneur, I established Ktorque Pvt Limited, India’s, leading manufacturer of miniature precision components for brown Electronics Industry. I am also founder and Director of Kstallion Pvt Limited- India’s leading equipment suppliers of precision machine tools, and in addition serve as Director Polycrafts and Polycrafts Tech - A renowned 40 year old company for precision machining. Prior to my entrepreneurial journey I worked in different corporations like Advance Energy, Hella Inc and Amazon in USA, where I worked on different engineering products from design to production stage. I created a digital platform for performance tracking of production lines for streamlined material flow. The digital transformation experience which I gained working with varied companies in US armed me with a vision to come up with Kstallion’s and Polycrafts World class production facilities in India. I am an Engineer at heart; I studied Industrial and Systems Engineering at University of Southern California USA and attained my Masters degree, I also have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Pune. I am a great believer in paying it forward and surrounding myself with individuals who believe in the same, I look forward to connect with tech entrepreneurs and invest in tech companies with a passion for people centric innovation.
