About Kushal Gurung

I have always thought about the value of interaction whether it's with your friends, family, or at work ultimately everyone is a customer in their regard. Customers are the bread and butter, the special sauce or primary ingredient (can use some more synonyms) in every industry.I began my career as a customer management associate, it's one of the most interesting and demanding job roles because you are always on the frontline. When I get into a job, I want to know everything. What can we do? How can we do it? The devil is often in detail, so I make sure to be precise and detail-oriented. I strive to build my reputation at work by keeping open lines of communication with teammates. I have been on multiple job roles and projects and have a can-do attitude.I believe in self-improvement and I am constantly learning.
