About Kushal Sthapak

I’ve always been fascinated by the two sides of innovation: the world where technology is engineered and the world where it’s applied to solve real-world problems. That curiosity to connect the two has guided my career ever since. My background in Computer Science taught me how things are built and how technology really works. My MBA and experience across sales, business development, and customer success showed me how to take those ideas to market, create value, and make innovation impactful for people. I currently work at Prophix in Customer Success, helping finance teams enhance ROI, save time, and improve efficiency with an agentic, cloud-based platform for the Office of the CFO. I consider myself what I like to call an AI-native professional, someone who doesn’t just use AI but thinks with it. It’s become part of how I approach problems, learn faster, and express ideas with more clarity. I use it to break down complexity, see patterns that aren’t obvious, and push ideas closer to reality. Beyond work, in my free time, I build and experiment with AI, from simple automations to full-blown AI-powered applications that solve real-world problems. For me, it’s more than a hobby. It’s a way to stay curious, stay hands-on, and keep learning. I believe AI is no longer a separate skill. It has become part of how we think, create, and collaborate.
