Total work experience: 4 Years and 3 months in Accounts Receivable.Roles and Responsibility:• Daily download of bank statements and identifying customer receipts.• Processing of Cash Receipts against Check Remittances in the ERP using the correct reasoncodes.• Weekly review of On Account Aging balances and coordinates with onsite team for receiptof remittances.• Prepare and share the Un-applied and Applied receipt register report to onshore team ondaily basis.• Inbound & outbound emails was handling from generic mailbox.• Being part of query calls along and weekly calls with my supervisor.• Allocate the bills to the team and ensure all the priority claims are actioned on time.• Worked on Telcore tool on Payer Remittance which is used to posting payment andupdating the status.• Worked on Electronic remittance and collecting the information regarding the payments.• If any payment mismatch will be revalidated and contacted the right person or departmentfor further corrections.• Performing the Eligibility Verification process and validating the Coverage status, Activeor Inactive and eligibility Status.• Maintaining daily production report and sharing with my supervisor on daily basis.ss
