Initiative-taking with a drive to succeed I have successfully moved into various roles - from a Project Manager to a Delivery Manager to a Customer Success Manager - delivering success across diverse business verticals -Manufacturing Insurance F&B Publishing Pharma and IT Services among others As a leader I am Responsive Trustworthy Empathy-driven and Dependable. Leading by example I give everything I pick up my best effort – to succeed. As a Project Delivery Manager I adapt workable Agile processes leading teams to execute diverse end to end projects/ programs simultaneously. Creating winning proposals and engagements during pre-sales Tracking/ Reporting on key metrics Delivering Quality and ensuring ROI for long-term retention of customers have been key focus areas. As a Resource Manager scheduling and ensuring team productivity and training I assist teams to embrace and adapt to the Org. culture build camaraderie and easy inter department communication channels. As a Customer Success Manager I aim at high responsiveness quality delivery and regular CSAT Surveys to keep customer churn to a minimum.
