About Kuswadi Hedeir

Kuswadi’s international career path began in a multinational energy company as a geologist before developing himself in various Human Resources roles covering Talent Development, Resourcing, Policy and HR Services. He enjoyed coaching and mentoring junior employees and team managers as part of his formal and informal responsibilities in the company. In 2016, building on his 15 years of corporate experience and passion in people development, Kuswadi redirected his career focus and embarked independently as a full-time life and leadership coach. He works with culturally and professionally diverse group of international individual and corporate clients in Europe and Asia. His personal experience and familiarity with the trials and challenges associated with navigating through various career transitions naturally attracts individual coachees professionals and young leaders who wish to explore their own career ambitions, build meaningful relationships and develop authentic leadership styles that align with their personal values and visions. By himself and through collaboration with other training and development consulting firms he delivers coaching workshops and trainings aiming at supporting leaders in championing and leading high-performing team. His personalised coaching approach is designed to deepen self-awareness, build confidence and positive self-image through insightful inquiries and genuine interest in uncovering his client’s unique strengths, skillsets and potentials. Kuswadi’s coachees often describe him as a warm, emphatic, calm and intuitive coach who is skilful in creating safe and self-empowering learning environments. Kuswadi is an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Certified e-Coach by eCoachPro and Certified Professional Coach (CPC) from Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC).
