I am detail-oriented and proficient with HR software and Microsoft Office, ensuring accurate record-keeping and efficient administrative support. Additionally, I have experience addressing employee inquiries and contributing to employee recognition initiatives, fostering a positive and engaging workplace environment.With a foundation in Corporate Psychology from St. Aloysius College, I bring a unique perspective to HR, integrating human behavior with organizational goals.
