About Kutter Miller

As a Health Center Administrator at Duke University Health System, I oversee the daily operations, finances, and quality of primary care services for a large and diverse patient population. I have more than five years of experience in healthcare administration, management, growth, and leadership, and I am currently pursuing a Masters of Healthcare Administration at the University of North Carolina Wilmington. My core competencies include team building, public speaking, coaching, and strategic planning. I have successfully implemented initiatives to improve patient satisfaction, staff retention, revenue generation, and operational efficiency. I have also established strong relationships with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals, both within and outside Duke. My mission is to provide excellent and accessible primary care to the communities we serve, and to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and learning.
