I thrive on the challenge of creating seamless experiences that delight customers and drive loyalty. At my latest venture at Bajaj Finserv Ltd. I have been entrusted with building the digital business and product of the 0 to 1 journey of Motor and health insurance verticals. Solving offline issues using technology, and advocating for the end user as Product Manager, building a technological solution for a traditionally offline company for traditionally push products and traditionally offline customer. At my last venture of close to 6 years at Policy bazaar Insurance brokers private ltd. I handled multiple portfolios in building the 0 to 1 journey of building Motor Insurance vertical first as a software developer, the moving on to product management, business development/relationship management and finally heading the business unit for commercial vehicle insurance. In addition to managing technology and products, I actively participate in business development for several GI verticals, where we create and execute business plans along with our insurance partners, centered around achieving mutual profitability and enriching the customer experience. On the personal front. I am straightforward and honest, I love poetry and software development- I am a poet and enjoy writing and reading poetry both in English and Urdu and relentlessly code in Python, and nothing excites me more than the idea of seeing my favourite poets perform live and my solving problems using code.
