Currently in phase of Transmission from Converged Infrastructure to Hyper Converged (Software Defined) towards Hybrid Cloud Technology Adoption Having required Basic Qualification, Knowledge, Experience/ Exposure in relevant discipline/domain: 20+ Years of Experience (From 1997 onwards) in IT Field: Across Construction, Cement, Sugar, Biotech, Hotel, Power (Captive & Solar) & Engineering Industries on EMC, HP & IBM IT Infrastructure and Business Applications. 10+ Years of Experience in DC, DR & Campus IT Infrastructure & Facilities Management, Application Administration, Data Protection Recovery Management on: vMware, EMC Storage & Recover Point, Veeam Backup & Replication etc. Around 25 IT Racks are populated with Physical Servers (with 1:4 VM Density) for addressing day to day basis growing compute & storage needs. This compute & Storage comes from Data center in Chennai & DR Center in Hyderabad - For SAP & Oracle Weblogic ERP on Oracle DB, Domino Messaging etc. Mcafee & Symantec AV, VDI, CAD & CAM, File & Print, CCTV etc. footage will be stored and retrieved from Local Servers & Storage. Knowledge in Data Center Facilities such as generators, chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, UPS and Electrical sub distribution systems, fire detection and suppression systems, cable reticulation systems, BMS Systems, Monitoring and alarming systems. Knowledge in Data Center capacity planning and reporting. Having Fundamental knowledge of Small Building to Huge Campus network design and layout. Campus LAN is on AMP Infra with copper & fiber with HP Switching and Ubiquity/Cambium Wireless LAN as Backup. WAN Infra includes : Dual MPLS WAN with Active-Active load distribution & balancing for Inter office, DC & DR Connectivity, VPN as Backup & Remote Access through Firewalls with Multiple ISP termination on Peplink Load Balancer on dual last mile mode (Wired & Wireless)- for ensuring 24x7 Connectivity on High Availability. Having Training, Orientation & Demonstration program management skills for IT people/ End Users.
