My journey to ‘Present Me’ has been an incredible roller-coaster ride filled with experiences for which I am thankful. Born in Ghana and raised on multiple continents, including Africa, Europe, and North America, I have acquired a unique perspective about developing relationships using intuitive and adaptive communication skills. What is that, I hear you ask?Communication generally describes the verbal or non-verbal conveyance of ideas, concepts, or information to others who in turn, respond to the message based on their understanding of it. My respect for culture and acceptance of change, whether organizational, individual, national, human or non-human, has helped me understand the value I provide as an intuitive and adaptive communicator; a bridge between ideas, problems, solutions and people. In professional parlance, I am a Change Leader who articulates a project’s vision and requirements, crafts agile project plans, effectively communicates with stakeholders, and motivates teams to deliver solutions that delight customers. I have a passion for communication. Show me a problem that needs to be solved, give me or put me on a team/group of people who are tasked with working towards generating and implementing potential solutions, and I might start drooling more than a St Bernard anticipating treats!I live by a customized version of Plan-Do-Check-Act or Build-Learn-Adapt cycle. As a consequence, my communication skills are constantly evolving as I encounter new people, teams, companies, projects, and experiences in general. The world does not stand still, and neither do I. in summary, I am an award winning PMP-certified Project Leader and Software Implementer with over 25 years of experience planning, leading, monitoring, and implementing projects in alignment with strategic business objectives and maximized business value.
