Hey there — I’m Kwesi, a proud first-generation Canadian, born and raised in Ottawa, ON, and fully bilingual (English & French). Since 2012, I’ve been part of the powerhouse team at Synercapital, where I specialize as a Commercial Broker with a strong focus on Multi-Family Investment Real Estate across Ontario. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of playing an active role in more than $150 million worth of commercial real estate transactions. This journey has helped shape me into a trusted partner for investors, buyers, and sellers alike, bringing real-world expertise and a strategic lens to every deal. But I don’t just work in real estate — I live and breathe it. As an asset manager of my personal and Family portfolio, I deeply understand the investor mindset. We have had some success in reposition older multi-family plex properties and are now focused on the development of a new purpose built renal buildings.
