Experienced professional in the insurance industry with a wealth of knowledge, experience and skills. Previous experiences have allowed me to broaden my insurance knowledge having worked as both an Underwriter as well as claims manager in the motor insurance space from prestige motor to heavy haulage & plant.Within my current role my primary focus is within the Construction Industry, proving insurance advice to like-minded professionals, as well as assisting my peers, and providing outstanding customer service skills to my clientele.I pride myself in my skillset which vastly includes Sales, Communication, Teamwork, and Leadership. Strong finance professional with previous studies within a Bachelor's degree focused in Law from the University of New England. Outside of my Insurance life I had previous experience as part-time volunteer fire fighter with the NSW Rural fire service, I had a particular focus on village fire skills to help assist in rescues & operations to assist fire & rescue along with NSW Police with emergency response for motor vehicle accidents and various village fire scenarios such as a house fire & hazard incident response.I currently volunteer as a harm reduction specialist assisting emergency services such as NSW Police, NSW Ambulance, St John’s Ambulance & Security stakeholders within the live events & entertainment industry to provide key services at live events in NSW. This role has me travelling to various events from concerts to music festivals, proving basic first aid & peer care to relieve stress on emergency responders.
