About Kyla Cross

Having previously worked as an Escrow Officer in a Title Company, I have spent the last 10 years working in and around the Title Insurance Industry. After leaving the “frontlines” of the Title world, I was introduced to the “Behind the scenes” of how that industry functions and completes their tasks. Working with a Title software company, RamQuest has introduced me to the tools that allow Title Companies to complete their everyday tasks and to achieve their goal of providing a productive and accurate experience for their customers. Beginning with RamQuest as a Support Technician, I was exposed to all aspects of the software, including general training and troubleshooting from the end users experience, to general technical troubleshooting. After my time in the Support Department, I then served as the Client Relationship Manager working directly with some of the highest ranking leaders within some of the leading Title Companies in the United States, managing their concerns and working with them to achieve a timely resolution. I finished my time with RamQuest working in the Compliance Department surrounding general Title Industry rules and procedures, the software functionality itself, as well as technical coding to pull data from the software into documents used by the Title Companies to complete their transactions. Currently, I am enjoying getting to combine all of the different areas of experience I gained during my time with RamQuest, as I serve as the RamQuest Operations Manager for the over 100 different locations and over 700 users under the Capital Title of Texas umbrella! My passion for the Title Industry comes from the excitement of being a part of an industry that is always changing, as well as the satisfaction that we are often working to make it possible for others to reach their goals and dreams of owning a home or business.
