About Kyla Moore

I specialise in connecting the dots between the details and the big picture. Over the years I have been lucky enough to work across the energy and infrastructure markets, from all angles, from wielding a sledge hammer in the North Sea, to optimising Capital Projects to M&A. Working across the value chain, has enabled me to have C-Suite conversations on corporate goals, design and implement strategies (including digital strategies), listening to and integrating people from the shop floor to the board room to create effective change in an organisation. I have travelled, lived and worked all over the globe with some amazing people on interesting and diverse projects. As an engineer and consultant I am driven by optimising and transforming business performance. As an individual I am passionate about learning and growth. Our industry is going through a period of great change; to stay ahead we all need to embrace adapting. When I am not at my desk I can usually be found chatting with friends on a bike ride (preferably on a mountain pass) or on a tennis court trying to hone my focus (one day I might even improve my game).
