About Kyla Nelson

Hello! My name is Kyla Nelson and I am a Senior at San Diego State University. My academic pursuits reflect my creative passions as I am majoring in Marketing-emphasis in IMC- and minoring in Art with a focus in Photography. My involvement on campus can attest to my passion for sports. I am a member of the Sports Business Initiative club on campus as well as am heavily involved with our Athletic department. I currently hold a role as a SDSU Athletics Marketing Intern, as well am a Creative intern through with our NIL Coordinator. Additionally, I am a Sports Photography intern with our media relations department. In my free time I love going to sporting events, reading, spending time with friends and family, and going to the gym. I have a great interest in working within the sports industry. My goal is to become a professional sports marketer or professional creative within the sports world. The idea of combining my passion for visual story-telling and sports would be nothing short of a dream.
