Like many recruiters, I fell into the industry when I least expected it. Coming from an operational background, recruitment was never on the cards until I discovered Thryve. Something just clicked. I took a risk, jumped into sales, and haven’t looked back. Since then, I’ve been promoted twice, named Best Performer of 2024, and most importantly, built a strong track record of connecting exceptional talent with ambitious tech teams across Germany particularly in the AI & ML space.
