About Kyle Abatto

I am a second year graduate student at Marquette University, studying Clinical Mental Health Counseling while working towards an LPC with an expected graduation of 2024. With over 7 years in providing both formal and informal therapy to individuals ages 3-17 in a variety of different populations, I have found a passion in providing support and helping others reach their potential. Over the past year I have gained valuable knowledge and skills as a practicum student working at Penfield Children's Center where I was able to provide direct support to lead clinicians as they worked with both the clients and caregivers. Providing hands on help where I am able to interact with clients, develop close relationships, and build trust is where I am at my best. My studies at Marquette and training in my professional life have prepared me to understand the thought processes and behaviors of individuals I am working with, allowing me to make a difference in their lives.
