I have over 9 years of experience in manufacturing engineering and operations management, with a focus on smart manufacturing and lean manufacturing principles. I am passionate about developing and implementing innovative solutions that optimize the performance, quality, and safety of manufacturing processes and products. I have successfully led and supported multiple projects that involved new product development, advanced process development, continuous improvement, capacity improvement, major maintenance, automation, and digitalization. I have also built and developed high-performing technical and operational teams that deliver results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
