About Kyle Alexander

As an accomplished leader in sales and business development, I astutely build and expand customer pipelines while serving as a customer advocate, guiding teams in devising solutions that meet the unique needs of my clients. Since joining Two Labs in 2016, I’ve advanced through positions of increasing scope and accountability while making significant contributions to corporate growth. First, I provided sales leadership for a newly established business unit that marketed FHRx Solutions, a service that supports pharmaceutical product submissions and data integration projects for electronic health records. I now serve as VP of Open Access, working with both small and large pharmaceutical manufacturers on all aspects of transitioning from phase trials to market launch, working to mitigate risk and remove obstacles to their success. My team and I have helped many first-to-market companies navigate regulatory hurdles and engage prescribers, making a positive impact on the market and patient options/outcomes. Earlier in my career, I worked as an award-winning pharmaceutical sales representative at Cardinal Health. In that capacity, I piloted a gamification program to lift sales across the department while also serving on the Leadership Council, helping define highly successful sales strategies. In addition to my professional accomplishments, I serve as a member of the National Council of Prescription Drug Programs’ (NCPDP) digital therapeutics task group.
