26 years as a food beverage and hospitality leader, 10 years exponentially growing as a director of operations, a manager of restaurant development, and professional delegator of the industry. Leadership role game changer in developing/delegating/motivating the Generation Z personality traits. There isnt a program I havent used nor a station I havent been fully trained on and committed to, front or back of the house, to which my anticipation of the restauraunt and guests needs have already been acknowledged and taken care of before a problem can even arise. Please put this statement up to a challenge, because the way I see it, it will always be a win win win (team members, guests, myself/restaurant) because i will have learned from the experience in one eay or another. As for any sort of profit and loss statements, its doesnt matter the table or format, the end result and/or acknowledgement will remain the same (slebtibit.exactly) number performance rests in the performance of our controllable costs straight to the bottom line.
