One of my favorite quotes is, “attitude is everything, pick a good one”. This quote struck a chord with me so much that it even hangs above my door in my office - it’s an encouragement, reminder, and challenge all at once. I believe a positive attitude is one of the strongest principles to have in sales and helps us to achieve even more with the right mindset. In my role, I get to work alongside some incredibly smart, wise, and hardworking individuals. One of the reasons I love being is sales is having a goal, working towards it, and seeing that goal achieved or exceeded. For the times we don’t win the deal, I try to find valuable lessons that help make us better for the next one. As a leader, I am passionate about strategizing, and I have the opportunity to be a part of creating new offerings to better serve our clients, as well as building up our awesome sales team through training and coaching so that we can crush it by helping our customers succeed! In addition to being a sales executive, I’m also a husband, dad, avid reader, gamer, and fitness enthusiast.
