I’m a healthcare transformation leader with more than 20 years of experience bridging clinical excellence and digital innovation—driving strategy, operations, and technology integration across the continuum of care. My career began in long-term care as a Personal Support Worker, where I learned what compassionate, person-centered care truly means. That foundation continues to guide how I lead today: blending empathy with evidence, data, and design to create scalable solutions that improve care delivery and business performance. Over the past decade, I’ve led multidisciplinary teams through regional EHR implementations, hospital operations, and mental-health program redesigns—building data-driven systems that improve access, safety, and efficiency. As Physician Support Lead for the Lumeo Oracle Health project, I directed the creation of over 500 standardized order sets and Ontario’s first regional medical-directive framework, advancing interoperability and clinician adoption across six hospitals. I hold a Master of Science in Healthcare Quality from Queen’s University and specialize in aligning digital health solutions, AI-driven insights, and quality-improvement science to achieve measurable results.
