Most of my career has been spent in Project Management and Supply Chain roles, using my background in Marketing and Logistics to drive cost-reduction projects. Most recently, as a Business Manager, I am dedicated to cultivating our greatest asset—our people. After starting as a consultant, I now manage multiple accounts with automotive suppliers and OEMs. I strategically shape the team through targeted hiring and empower our members for ongoing career development, coaching, and career path planning. Simultaneously, I ensure partnerships meet expectations to guarantee client satisfaction while managing profitability objectives. My skills in staff development, cross-functional team leadership, sales, commercial operation, and account management have been honed through this journey.
